2024 marks the Centenary of WYK (100th Anniversary). … please read on…
There will be a whole series of celebration events to be organized by our school WYK … happening towards the 2nd half of 2024. One of the key functions is the 2024-Dec-20 Gala Dinner ( 100 tables ). We WYK1972 boys will ride on this to have another reunion opportunity to compensate what we had handicapped in our 50th anniversary (2022) due to the pandemic.
Especially for our overseas boys, for this big WYK100 moment, we wish to have more of our overseas boys to start planning their trips to HK for our group gatherings.
For we WYK1972 boys, we have picked the week of 2024-Dec-14 (Sat) to 2024-12-20 (Fri) to hold a series of gathering functions … with Dec20 being the Gala Dinner hosted by WYK, and before that with feasible trips out of HK, hiking, etc..
As well, there will be other subjects that we would want to participate / contribute to celebrate the Centenary of WYK… eg donation of artifacts for the Centenary Archive (our 50+ years old school club badges, report cards, student cards etc etc).
We are pleased to have Paul LAI Kwok Wai 黎國威 leading our organizing committee to plan / hold those events for we WYK1972 boys.
